Update August 10: MIBR bring in HEN1

One day after the departure of Marcelo "chelo" Cespedes’, Made in Brazil have announced Henrique "HEN1" Teles as their new fifth.The AWPer is going back into the servers donning MIBR colors after a quick stint with GODSENT that ended with the organization’s withdrawal from Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.

With HEN1's addition to the squad, MIBR is now:

Update August 9: cxzi jumps to Gaimin Gladiator

Less than 24 hours after parting ways with Carson "nosraC" O'Reilly, Gaimin Gladiators have already settled on his replacement with the addition of Danny "cxzi" Strzelczyk. cxzi told Dust2.us that he will be taking over nosraC's spots on Gaimin Gladiators for the time being. He has previously experimented with being his team's primary AWPer, a role that will continue to be held by cynic on Gaimin Gladiators.

August 5: Team oNe reportedly in advanced talks to bring back Guatemalan star

Current benched 00 Nation player Mario "malbsMd" Samayoa is in talks with Team oNe, according to a report by BLIX. According to the report, 00 Nation has confirmed that there are conversations occurring with Team oNe regarding the acquisition of the 19-year-old. His potential addition to the roster follows his inclusion in the final matches of the ESEA league season as well as the upcoming RMR Open Qualifier #1 roster. Additionally, the news follows a June report by Roque Marques of Dust2 Brasil that the team is targeting him to replace Enzo "xns" Henrique amidst their wider rebuild.

August 3: ex-BNB takes shape

In the hours since Bad News Bears announced their dissolution, the team's former Pakistani duo, Saad "Pluto" Siraj and Khizar "Momo" Rehman, have been hard at work assembling a new team to claim Bad News Bear's ESL Challenger League slot. Their toil has come to an end, with ex-Bad News Bears filling out their roster with the additions of Jake "WOOHOO" J., Kevin "consti" Yi, and Andrew "Tender" Cote. Additionally, Seng "Filo" Tu Aung has been added as the team's coach.

August 1: MIBR reportedly close on HEN1

Per Dust2 Brasil, MIBR have concluded negotations to sign Henrique "HEN1" Teles as a replacement for the outgoing Marcelo "chelo" Cespedes. chelo's departure comes as he has been tapped as Imperial's number one choice to replace Lincoln "fnx" Lau.

Per the report, MIBR will be:

August 1: Bad News for the Bears

Bad News Bears have announced that the squad will be going their separate ways ahead of ESL Challenger League Season 42. This move follows two recent departures for the squad, with AWPer Christopher "Swahn" Swahn and coach Nathan "madcow" Retterath stepping down after the team survived ECL Season 41 Relegation. With tangible improvement lacking, and the team being forced to play ECL Relegation two seasons in a row, Bad News Bears have decided to call it quits for now while Shakezullah and Spongey are set to take a break from competition.

Bad News Bears were:

Pluto and Momo will need to sort out their plans for Bad News Bears' ECL spot in short order, as ECL Season 42 kicks off in a matter of weeks on August 16th.

July 29: Imperial has reportedly acquired MIBR star in $200,000 swoop

Imperial has reportedly secured their replacement for Lincoln "fnx" Lau after a series of tough negotiations, Dust2 Brasil has reported. While the contract has not yet been signed by Marcelo "chelo" Cespedes, the move is understood to be finalized in short order.

When the dust settles, Imperial will be:

July 27: Report: Evil Geniuses veteran poised for return; CLASIA sidelined

According to sources close to the situation, Evil Geniuses are set to part ways with Anthony "CLASIA" Kearney less than two months after he joined as part of EG's Blueprint Project. In his place the contingent of Evil Geniuses led by Colby "Walco" Walsh, colloquially known as EG.CD, are targeting Peter "stanislaw" Jarguz to join the roster. This move would see stanislaw return to his former organization after leaving the team in November 2021.

EG.CD should consist of:

July 19: paiN eye skullz and zevy to complete roster

Dust2 Brasil reported that paiN will be looking to fill out their roster with the signings of Brazilian youngsters Romeu "zevy" Rocco and Felipe "skullz" Medeiros. This report comes very shortly after paiN opted to move both Gabriel "nython" Lino and Gabriel "NEKIZ" Schenato to the squad's bench.

July 19: Bad News Bears lose two heading into player break

Bad News Bears have announced that AWPer Christopher "Swahn" Swahn and coach Nathan "madcow" Retterath will be departing the squad. These moves comes after the team secured their spot in ESEA Challenger League Season 42 after a rough ECL Season 41 sent the squad to relegation for the second time in a row.

Following Swahn and madcow's departure, Bad News Bears are now:

July 19: nython moved to the bench by paiN

The Brazilian organization paiN has announced that AWPer Gabriel "nython" Lino will be moved to the roster's bench, marking the end of the sniper's five-month tenure with the squad. This is the second change to paiN's lineup recently, with the organization moving longtime rifler Gabriel "NEKIZ" Schenato to the bench just days prior.

July 17: ECL Champions decide to make a change

With the player break just around the corner, paiN have decided to get a change in early, with longtime paiN player Gabriel "NEKIZ" Schenato announcing in a Twitlonger that he has been benched by the Brazilian organization. For NEKIZ, he is saying goodbye to a team that has been his home for just over two and a half years, not including a brief stint back in 2017. He has been a consistent force for the Brazilian side in all that time, posting a 1.08 rating across 445 maps.

With NEKIZ's benching, paiN's roster is now:

July 16: Advanced champions change one

Less than a week after winning ESEA Advanced Season 41 over timbermen, ONET4P have already elected to make a change ahead of the player break. Jack "xCeeD" Holiman has been cut from the lineup while his former Triumph teammate Ryan "Snakes" Amann has been added to the lineup. Logan "Voltage" Long told Dust2.us in a brief comment that they believe that Snakes is ultimately the better fit for the team moving forward and that they're excited to continue working with him.

July 9: BHOP complete rebuild without stanislaw

BHOP have completed their lineup for ESL Challenger League Season 42, with the most notable change seeing Peter "stanislaw" Jarguz leave the team while Danny "cxzi" Strzelczyk has taken over IGL duties. cxzi told Dust2.us that stanislaw elected to exit the project while he intensifies his search for a new team. Additionally, Jacob "SPERMY" Younan has been benched while the roster has been rounded out by Brett "brett" Rhein and Austin "AAustiN" Urb.

BHOP are now:

July 5: oNe look to b4rtiN as GODSENT discuss loan

Sources close to the situation have confirmed to our sister site, Dust2 Brasil, that GODSENT and oNe are in discussions to loan Bruno "b4rtiN" Câmara to the latter organization. Per Gabriel Pumba and Roque Marques, oNe have confirmed that negotiations are ongoing and b4rtiN is currently en route to the team's house in Las Vegas.

For the qualifier, oNe will be fielding:

July 5: stamina steps down from Strife

Strife have announced that their long-time IGL Bobby "stamina" Eitrem has decided to bench himself. The move marks the end of his nearly year-long involvement with the squad, dating back to when he joined Recon 5 in August 2021. In his TwitLonger regarding his benching on Strife, stamina thanked his teammates and the organization for their support and announced that he'd be looking to build a new project while also being open to offers from ECL-level teams.
