Latest CS2 update brings big changes to how the bomb interacts with utility

Valve has shipped another update to the bomb explosion in CS2, including two more changes to the C4.

Now, the bomb blast briefly dissipates smokes as an HE grenade does, and the explosion extinguishes molotovs completely.

The second tweak was that the bomb will now only show a preview of damage in a player's health bar when the beeping becomes audible to the player.
