sdy ends his time on the bench

sdy enters free agency following ENCE loan to Passion UA

The IEM Atlanta stand-in leaves amongst ENCE's Finnish rebuild.

Ukrainian rifler Viktor "sdy" Orudzhev's contract with ENCE has expired, leaving the 29-year-old a free agent. NA fans may remember sdy's brief stint with Passion UA, which was cut short when the organization ended their Counter-Strike season early.

After nearly two years on ENCE's starting roster, sdy was benched in March before being loaned to Passion UA in April. As a temporary replacement for Azbayar "Senzu" Munkhbold, sdy put up a 0.85 rating over eight maps in the Stake Ranked Episode 2 Closed Qualifier and IEM Atlanta.

The five-time Major attendee commented on his exit from ENCE, saying, "Was a pleasure, sad that we didn’t achieved together what we wanted." Since leading the Finnish organization to an Elisa Masters Espoo title in 2024, sdy has rarely attended A-tier and S-tier events outside of BLAST Bounty.

As a former member of Spirit, Monte, and NAVI, sdy's next team is to-be-determined. For Passion UA, they're now left with only Nicholas "nicx" Lee as a starter, with IGL Johnny "JT" Theodosiou likely headed to Liquid, AWPer Santino "try" Rigal reprtedly being recalled by Imperial, and Vladyslav "Kvem" Korol also entering free agency.
