SportsBetExpert sign Aureo after brief trial

SportsBetExpert have announced the signing of Brennan "Aureo" O'Connell as the team's coach, marking the first time in the organization's history they have hosted a coach. Aureo joins SportsBetExpert after a brief trial that began with FRAG Tap Reloaded in late May, with SportsBetExpert claiming a third-place finish despite having to field Adam "WolfY" Andersson as a stand-in for Gage "Infinite" Green.

Aureo recently entered the market after serving as LAG's coach from June 2025 to May 2026. On SBE, Aureo will reunite with former LAG teammate Kevin "consti" Yi while working with a largely new group of players.

In other SportsBetExpert news, SBE's owner Peter "PETE187" Anadio confirmed that Jaxon "Peeping" Cornwell is set to take over as the team's IGL from Infinite a month after Infinite took over the role.
