Media: JT aims to bring T.c to Liquid

According to an X post by French insider and leaker Sébastien "KRL" Perez, Johnny "JT" Theodosiou is reportedly working to bring Tiaan "T.c" Coertzen with him to Liquid as part of a package deal. The news from KRL comes after Dust2.us previously reported that Liquid are in advanced talks to acquire JT from Passion UA to serve as their new IGL in place of Kamil "siuhy" Szkaradek.

Will KRL alleged that the two parties have not agreed to the deal, should the move to fruition it would see T.c take over the role from Viktor "flashie" Tamás Bea a little less than a year after the Hungarian coach joined the organization.

The partnership between T.c and JT is one of the longest-running coach-IGL partnerships in Counter-Strike history, with the duo originally linking up in January 2017 on Bravado, sticking together for the eight years on ATK, Cloud9, Extra Salt, and Complexity before T.c left COL in March 2025. After five months apart, T.c and JT then reunited on Passion UA in August 2025 after the Ukrainian organization acquired the Complexity core.

In that light it is understandable why JT would push hard to bring his muse with him to Liquid ahead of the difficult task of returning the organization to a respectable place in world Counter-Strike after a number of difficult years.

Should the deal go through it would be one of three changes to come to Liquid in the off season, with the team expected to replace their IGL, AWPer, and now their coach.
