M80 set to face G2 in Stage Two debut as NA's last hope at IEM Cologne Major

The Stage Two matchups for the IEM Cologne Major have been confirmed, with M80 set to head into battle tomorrow as NA's sole representation in the top 24 of the Major after Liquid and NRG collapsed today in Round Five of Stage One. Michael "Swisher" Schmid and co. will carry the hopes of NA as they aim to secure a spot in Stage Three for the first time in the organization's history.

M80 have been drawn against G2 for their opening Bo1, a team M80 narrowly lost to back at ESL Pro league Season 23 Stage 1 in a 2-1 defeat. With Bo1s always being unpredictable at the best of times, M80 have a chance to take down the struggling European team and starting Stage Two on the right foot.

They will face G2 tomorrow at 08:30AM.
