Media: Turkish media claims jottAAA is seeking an exit from Aurora

According to Turkish CS2 account TRCS Espor, Aurora rifler Samet "jottAAA" Köklü is reportedly negotiating with the Serbian organization for the right to enter into discussions to join another team for the 2026 season. The rifler joined the lineup in January 2025 when they were still under Eternal Fire, making the jump to Aurora in April after an extended period of success for the Turkish squad.

During the previous eight months under Aurora, jottAAA has played a pivotal role in helping the team climb the world rankings, with Aurora ending the year as the ninth best team in the world per the Valve Regional Standings (VRS) while claiming a single title at PGL Bucharest 2025 over Legacy.

However, an early 1-3 Stage Two exit at the StarLadder Budapest Major marked a sour end to the year for the Turkish squad and has perhaps pushed jottAAA to consider his options during the roster shuffle.

It is possible jottAA is setting his sights beyond the Turkish scene as he previously plied his trade with the international Sangal roster in 2024. This would expand his options considerably as beyond Aurora no other Turkish team is ranked within the top 100 in the VRS.
