Wildcard decimate Metizport in BLAST.tv Major Austin opening match

Oh brother, what a win for Wildcard.

The battle of the twin brother was decisively won by Tim "susp" Ångström and Wildcard, who thoroughly dominated Adam "adamb" Ångström and Metizport on Inferno on day one of the Austin Major.

Like NRG did to TYLOO on the other stream, Wildcard completely shut down their opponent's T-side, holding Metizport to just one round at half-time. Wildcard did not mess around after half-time, quickly reaching map point after taking the pistol and relying on a Love "phzy" Smidebrant 1v2 post-plant to close out Inferno 13-1.

While susp had a positive day, it was phzy and Aran "Sonic" Groesbeek that put up the best numbers, each ending Inferno with a +14 K/D differential. The two players combined for 37 kills, while Metizport as an entire squad only mustered 25.
