NSTLGA League Season 1 reaches Stage Two with Marsborne, regain in attendance

The $5,000 NSTLGA League Season 1 has reached Stage Two of the competition, seeing the field of teams narrowing from 56 down to a top 16. Among the 16 teams to either earn a direct invite to Stage Two or battle through Stage One, a number of notable NA squads are in attendance including Marsborne, regain, Iowa Stormboar, Wanted Goons, and F5.

Due to NuTorious and Aether dropping out Stage Two, ten teams were able to earn a spot into the stage via Stage One's Ruby and Sapphire divisions.

Stage 2 will see the 16 teams split into four groups where they will compete in best-of-one round robin matches with spots in playoffs up for grabs. Playoffs will use a double-elimination Bo3 format, with the event hopefully receiving HLTV coverage, and thus VRS status, for the latter part of the event.
