Out of these matchups, it's worth highlighting that Phoenix is the new tag that the ex-Chicken Coop roster is using after Caleb "jchancE" Davis allegedly verbally abused and got in a physical altercation with a woman at a bar in Knoxville during Fragville.
Plus, it should be pretty fun to watch BOSS vs. LAG, as Gavin "Fruitcupx" Norman told Dust2.us that BOSS are still better than LAG.
Upper bracket recap
As for the upper bracket of the competition, all the teams expected to win the upper finals won their matches. SkinRave, Getting Info, and Wildcard beat regain, FULL SEND, and Phoenix, respectively, by 2-0. The only three-mapper series was between Marsborne and LAG.
