Getting Info wins CCT Season 3 Series 2

The second series of CCT Season 3 in NA has come to a conclusion, with Getting Info emerging as champions.

The orgless squad needed all three maps to defeat ex-Chicken Coop in the final and claim the $5,000 first-place prize.

Getting Info beat regain in the previous round, while ex-CC triumphed over Zomblers.

Ex-Chicken Coop chose Nuke to begin the series, starting with a solid T side. With the score deadlocked at six at halftime, ex-Chicken Coop jumped out to a quick 12-6 lead. Getting Info bounced back, bringing the deficit down to two rounds before ex-Chicken Coop converted the 13-10 win.

Action then shifted to Getting Info's Ancient pick. They started the map with a solid 8-4 advantage at halftime and didn't look back. Getting Info didn't surrender a single round in the second half, winning convincingly 13-4.

The deciding map in the series was Dust2, and ex-Chicken Coop started hot, taking a 5-1 lead. However, Getting Info battled back to take the lead at halftime, 7-5. Ex-Chicken Coop regained the advantage with momentarily before Getting Info rattled off six rounds consecutively to win the map 13-8.
