ultimate gets one last dance

Liquid forced to field ultimate in BLAST Bounty Season 2

Jorko will have to wait before making his debut.

Liquid have announced that they will be starting benched AWPer Roland "ultimate" Tomkowiak in place of Georgi "Jorko" Mitev, who was set to make his debut for the team. According to an updated announcement, this is due to" BLAST's roster eligibility requirements for Wildcard invitations," which require Liquid's lineup to "feature three members from a roster ranked in the VRS top 12."

Liquid announced both ultimate's benching and Jorko's signing on July 9th. After two years of inconsistent results with their Polish sniper, Liquid decided to bring on 17-year-old Jorko from FOKUS.

According to HLTV, Liquid's lineup must "feature three members from a roster ranked in the VRS top 12."

"Liquid's last roster to meet that criteria secured that placing in December 2025, and featured Guy "NertZ" Iluz, Keith "NAF" Markovic, Jonathan "EliGE" Jablonowski, Kamil "siuhy" Szkaradek, and Roland "ultimate" Tomkowiak.

ultimate returning to the roster for the event is therefore another indication of siuhy's removal, with Dust2.us reporting he is set to be replaced by Johnny "JT" Theodosiou ahead of the new season."

Barring anymore JT-related surprises, Liquid's lineup for BLAST Bounty Season 2 currently stands with:

  • Canada Keith "NAF" Markovic

  • Kamil "siuhy" Szkaradek

  • United States Jonathan "EliGE" Jablonowski

  • Guatemala Mario "malbsMd" Samayoa

  • Roland "ultimate" Tomkowiak (Stand-in)

  • Viktor "flashie" Tamás Be (coach)
