One of stanislaw's former troops will be back in action in three weeks

Benched Wildcard player set to stand-in for NIP at PGL Masters Bucharest 2025

After two months on bench, susp will be back in action in Bucharest.

Today Ninjas in Pyjamas announced that benched Wildcard player Tim "susp" Ångström will stand-in for Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer for PGL Masters Bucharest 2025 as the player is expecting "a new addition to the family," during the Romanian LAN. The stand-in scenario will see susp temporarily return to action after being sidelined on Wildcard in early July as part of their infamous post-Major shuffle.

Since then, susp has been largely inactive while announcing his intentions to seek out a European lineup in the new year. Importantly, NIP did not announce who will lead the team in Bucharest with Snappi out of the picture.

This LAN will be the second event in recent months where NIP have had to field a stand-in, as the team attended Fragville 2025 with Owen "smooya" Butterfield in place of Artem "r1nkle" Moroz due to visa issues.

HLTV also reported on September 29th that NIP's attendance at Fragadelphia Blocktober was in question, although General Manager Björn "THREAT" Pers said the team still plans to attend

NIP will field:

  • Artem "r1nkle" Moroz

  • Michel "ewjerkz" Pinto

  • Denmark Rasmus "sjuush" Beck

  • Kacper "xKacpersky" Gabara

  • Sweden Tim "susp" Ångström (Stand-in)

  • Sweden Richard "Xizt" Landström (Coach)

Opening matchups have yet to be revealed at PGL Masters Bucharest 2025.
