Nocturnal enter Impact scene with girl kissers

The Canadian organization has completed their long-awaited pivot to the Impact scene.

On August 21st Canadian esports organization Nocturnal unveiled their new roster with the signing of ESL Impact squad girl kissers, picking up their roster shortly after the team qualified to ESL Impact League Season 8 North American. The signing follows the organization's decision to pivot to the Impact after Fragadelphia 19, parting ways with their ESEA Main team while re-signing Marissa "madss" Dasta as the first player in their new roster.

The core of the new Nocturnal roster has been competing together for an extended period under both the Nouns.fe and girl kissers brand. During that time they have been regulars in the ESL Impact scene, finishing the league over the course of the past few season mid-table, missing out on the LAN portion of the league as a result. With recent addition madss the team will aim to finish higher in the league and hopefully compete more favorably against NA heavyweight Shimmer and FlyQuest RED.

girl kissers have also previously competed in the mixed scene, albeit largely uneventfully. The team do, however, currently boast a 9-3 record in ESEA Main Season 54 and seem set to make playoffs with an aim to qualify for Advanced.

While absent from the announcement, Dust2.us has confirmed that William "Rake" Thomas has been signed as the team's coach after previously working with teams like Amped, MCS, and Wanted Goons.

Nocturnal are now:

  • United States Marissa "madss" Dasta

  • United States Riley "lunari" Luna

  • United States Tori "raynee" Gustafson

  • United States Violet "violet" Carfora

  • United States Lilith "gadfly" Mize

  • Canada William "Rake" Thomas (Coach)

The new Nocturnal roster will debut in ESL Challenger League Season 50 Cup #2 when the online event kicks off on September 8th.
