Nocturnal part ways with ESEA Main roster ahead of ESL Impact pivot

On July 21st, James "Jachro" Brooks announced that his lineup had parted ways with Canadian organization Nocturnal, seeing the team leave Nocturnal following the conclusion of Fragadelphia 19 this weekend. The decision by Nocturnal to part ways with the ESEA Main squad appears to have been made ahead of a pivot to the ESL Impact scene as Nocturnal also announced the re-signing of Marissa "madss" Dasta on the same day.

The change comes immediately after the Nocturnal roster locked in their roster for ESEA Main Season 53, picking up Zachary "P3nny" Brazelton and Strone "n0xxy" Sulak on July 15th while also signing Jeff "JeffLaFlavor" LaFave as a coach.

The Revel roster's time under Nocturnal was relatively uneventful, with the team failing to qualify to ESEA Advanced while playing in a number of qualifiers. As a final hurrah the team attended Fragadelphia 19, however they failed to lock in a spot in Stage Two.

Nocturnal were:

  • United States James "Jachro" Brooks

  • United States Alex "toasty" Bogusta

  • United States Brock "brawckzz" Chase

  • United States Zachary "P3nny" Brazelton

  • United States Strone "n0xxy" Sulak

  • United States Jeff "JeffLaFlavor" LaFave (Coach)

The team will continue competing together as Revel and are currently on the lookout for a new organization to call home.
