Official: NRG unveil nosraC and XotiC

XotiC has been brought into the world of pro CS after years in the shadows.

As first reported by Dust2.us on July 5th, NRG have unveiled the additions of Carson "nosraC" O'Reilly and Zack "XotiC" Elshani to their roster, seeing the duo join the roster in place of Jadan "HexT" Postma and Josh "oSee" Ohm.

The additions of nosraC and XotiC see NRG stake the future of their Counter-Strike 2 on two unorthodox additions, with nosraC being a journeyman NA rifler who has never found success abroad while XotiC is a complete enigma, having never played a LAN event in a career fraught with controversy and numerous hiatuses from the game.

Beyond the controversy NRG hope that they have found diamonds in the rough as nosraC is a versatile rifler and secondary caller while XotiC is known for insane performances and strong numbers on the AWP at various times in his career, although his CS2 experience is quite limited.

Overall, the decision to recruit nosraC and XotiC underscores NRG's commitment to maintaining a supermajority NA roster, with Alexander "br0" Bro being the only international piece of their roster.

NRG are now:

  • United States Jeorge "Jeorge" Endicott

  • United States Nick "nitr0" Cannella

  • Denmark Alexander "br0" Bro

  • United States Carson "nosraC" O'Reilly

  • United States Zack "XotiC" Elshani

  • Canada Damian "daps" Steele (Coach)

  • United States Josh "oSee" Ohm (Inactive)

NRG will debut their new roster at Fragadelphia 19 when the NA LAN kicks off on July 17th.
