
Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series announce Additional Info for Series #3!
With our second event concluding this weekend, we at Dust2.us are keenly focused on our third $10,000 event in partnership with INUI as it is rapidly approaching. With that in mind, we are pleased to announce the "Additional Info" for the event, meeting the requirement in Valve’s Tournament Operating Requirements for tier-two events.
Event Type: The third Eagle Masters Series events will be Tier 2 ranked events using the Americas VRS Sub-list with an added regional filter for North American teams.
Number of Invites: The third Eagle Masters Series events will invite twelve (12) teams from the VRS.
VRS Starting Rank for Invites: With the previously mentioned sub-list and filter, the Eagle Masters Series will start at Rank 1 and proceed down the list until all twelve invites are filled.
Invitation Date: The third Eagle Master Masters Series event will send out invites on July 8th and use the July Valve Regional Standings update.
Seeding Date: The third Eagle Master Masters Series event will use the August Valve Regional Standings update to seed the Swiss Stage of the event.
Location: The third Eagle Masters Series events will be online and held on the INUI platform.
Qualifiers: Each event in the Eagle Masters Series will hold four open qualifiers on the INUI platform to fill four spots in the Swiss Stage. Each of the four qualifiers will qualify one team only. The open qualifiers will be restricted to teams residing in North America and/or teams that regularly compete in North American events.
The format for the open qualifiers will be a single-elimination bracket with Bo1 matches until the decider match, which will be a Bo3.
Prize Pool: The total prize pool for each Eagle Master Series event will be $10,000 USD, with the following split:

1st Place: $5,000 USD

2nd Place: $3,000 USD

3rd-4th Place: $1,000 USD each
Additional Compensation: The Eagle Master Masters Series offers no additional compensation to teams, organizations, or players outside of the previously mentioned prize pool.
Invite Exceptions: The Eagle Master Masters Series reserves the right to disqualify teams from a Direct VRS invite should a player on the team be banned by the Eagle Masters Series, ESL FACEIT Group (EFG), the Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC), BLAST, or other major tournaments organizers, via Valve Anti Cheat (VAC), or on the FACEIT platform or INUI platform for a serious infraction (including but not limited to cheating, ban evasion, matchfixing, or misconduct). In line with Valve's requirements any disqualifications will be published on Dust2.us.
The Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series reserves the right to rule ineligible players, and thus disqualify teams from a Direct VRS invite, who are currently banned or otherwise sanctioned by the ESL FACEIT Group (EFG), Gamers Club, the Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC), BLAST, or other major tournaments organizers at its sole discretion for serious infractions and/or integrity violations and independently rule ineligible players for these violations at its sole discretion. Serious infractions and/or integrity violations include but not limited to: Cheating, Match Fixing, Betting Offenses, and Unsportsmanlike Conduct.
For avoidance of doubt, The Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series reserves these rights for both teams competing in the Main Event as well as teams competing in the Open Qualifiers for the Main Event.
