s1mple's future with FaZe is in considerable doubt

Striker on HLTV Confirmed: "I've 100% heard that s1mple is not signing with FaZe"

s1mple is unlikely to continue with FaZe according to Striker.

On the most recent episode of HLTV Confirmed filmed today, HLTV's Milan "Striker" Švejda said that his sources told him that Ukrainian superstar Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev will not be joining FaZe Clan on a permanent basis and is expected to return to NAVI's bench for the foreseeable future.

s1mple of course stood in for FaZe at IEM Dallas 2025 and the BLAST.tv Austin Major last month to great acclaim with his FaZe teammates overwhelmingly positive about s1mple's renewed form while the community was overjoyed to see CS:GO's best player back in the server.

In the clip shared by HLTV Confirmed below, Striker said quite confidently that "s1mple is not signing with FaZe" while also casting heavy doubt on the player returning to NAVI's starting lineup:

"For me, at this point in the game, it would be a huge surprise if s1mple went anywhere, unless he's going back to NAVI, and that would be an even bigger surprise considering that feud. I heard 100% that s1mple is not going to sign with FaZe."

It is worth remembering that s1mple told Dust2.us at the Major that he had no other offers outside of FaZe meaning it is highly unlikely we will see s1mple in the server unless another organization is able to buy out s1mple from the remainder of his NAVI contract.

s1mple's contract with NAVI is set to expire at the end of the year.
