MAD steps down from Iowa Stormboar

Iowa Stormboar have announced the departure of head coach Caedon "MAD" Zube today, seeing MAD leave the organization after previously announcing his intentions to search for a new home back on May 19th.

MAD had served as the head coach of the Iowa Stormboar/InControl dating back to June 2025, helping the squad as they steadily climbed up the Valve Regional Standings (VRS) over the past 13 months. More recently the team have struggled to field a consistent lineup after benching William "aelor" Africano and Anthony "ayaneuu" Scheuer in May, with the team fielding a mixture of Dalton "dopplahs" Hanley, Jérémy "BiNoX" Chiasson, Nazar "H0NeST" Stefinko, Stanley "calamity" Chiu, and aelor.

With MAD gone, their goal will now be to find two permanent additions and a new coach ahead of the start of ESEA Season 58.
