Official: FaZe announce JBOEN to replace broky

Following the benching of long-time AWPer Helvijs "broky" Saukants, FaZe have announced the acquisition of BIG Academy player and Danish HLTV Prospect Jason "JBOEN" Boe Nielsen on loan through the remainder of 2026.

Rumors suggested FaZe were eyeing Gentlemates' Antonio "MartinezSa" Martinez, but the Spaniard's price tag is undoubtedly higher than that of BIG Academy's 20-year-old AWPer. Over 95 maps played in 2026, the former Astralis Talent member has amassed a 1.19 rating.

Throughout his career, however, the young sharpshooter has only played five of 392 maps against Top 50 opponents, averaging a 0.93 rating in those affairs.
