Media: Aurora eying kyxsan in international pivot

Aurora have held talks with benched Falcons IGL Damjan "kyxsan" Stoilkovski, according to KRL on X. kyxsan would be in line to replace Aurora captain Engin "MAJ3R" Küpeli, who just led his team to the semi-finals at the IEM Cologne Major.

KRL's sources claim that talks have progressed positively with the Macedonian player, as the Turkish team are said to be transitioning to an international roster with British coach Ashley "ash" Battye at the helm. Despite their good peformance at the Major, Zvonimir "Professeur" Burazin claimed on HLTV that the cogs are already in motion for the roster to move away from its all-Turkish roots.

kyxsan served as Falcons' IGL from January 2025 until his benching in April of this year, where he made way for FaZe's Finn "karrigan" Andersen before the IEM Cologne Major. During kyxsan's time on Falcons, they won PGL Bucharest 2025 with the core of Abdul "degster" Gasanov and René "TeSeS" Madsen, who were signed alongside kyxsan from HEROIC. degster was already on his way out when Falcons won in Bucharest, being replaced by Ilya "m0NESY" Osipov.
