Media: FUT to sign xfl0ud from HEROIC amid lauNX departure speculation

Yasin "xfl0ud" Koç is close to signing for FUT, according to KRL on X.

FUT have been on the rise in 2026, securing many high-placed finishes to begin the year, including a second place at ESL Pro League Season 23 followed by a tournament win at PGL Bucharest 2026. Their roster may be thrown into instability because Laurențiu "⁠lauNX⁠" Țârlea is rumored to be exploring other options in the off-season.

FUT have tailed off since their first place finish at PGL Bucharest 2026, as the team hasn't placed in the top eight since then, most recently coming 9th-11th at the IEM Cologne Major.

xfl0ud has been a bright spot for HEROIC, as his 1.08 rating in 97 maps is good enough for second-best on the team in 2026. HEROIC as a team, however, haven't impressed, as their highest finish in 2026 so far was a top-eight result at BLAST Bounty Season 1 all the way back in January.

xfl0ud's rumored departure may hinder the team's chances at BLAST Bounty Season 2, where they will need to perform well to secure vital VRS points and future invites to tier-one events.
