NA qualifier dates revealed for BLAST Open Porto

BLAST has officially announced the dates and organizers for the BLAST Open Porto qualifiers. As was the case at BLAST Open Rotterdam earlier this year, Europe, North America, South America, and Asia will all get one spot in the main event. Each region will compete for the spot through open qualifiers leading to closed qualifiers.

The final event will run from August 26th to September 6th in Porto, Portugal, and feature a $400,000 prize pool.

North America will have two open qualifiers run on June 27th and June 28th. Unlike last season's qualifiers, which were run by Liga Ace, this season's will be run by Circuit X. Two teams will advance from each open qualifier to be joined by four teams invited directly to the closed qualifier.

Both open qualifiers and the closed qualifier will be single-elimination brackets. Sign-ups for both open qualifiers are open now on FACEIT. Check out the first on here and the second one here.
