BC.Game CEO claims he offered top-30 organization $8 million for their roster

In a Twitch stream yesterday, BC.Game CEO Ali "akofocus" Muhanned stated that they offered $8 million to a top-30 team in order to secure a core to play alongside Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev.

The BC.Game executive had several teams in the top-30 of HLTV's rankings selected, and scrolled through them saying, "One of these teams that I have right here, we offered to buy for over $8 million."

During the stream, akofocus also disclosed that s1mple's longtime running mate Denis "electronic" Sharipov would not become the IGL of BC.Game.

It's difficult to say which team akofocus was alluding to, but among the candidates were MOUZ, FUT, HEROIC, and Liquid.
