Chicken Coop swap colin for mds

On April 5th, Chicken Coop announced the benching of Colin "colin" Chan and signing of former Outfit 49 player John "mds" Marin, with the move seeing colin ousted from the starting lineup less than two months after he left Reign Above to join the team.

The decision to bench colin has raised a number of eyebrows in the community as it comes right off the back of colin leading Chicken Coop to victory in the second ESL Challenger League Season 51 cup over SportsBetExpert. Despite the win, colin was notably shaky at an individual level in ECL, finishing the cup with a 0.79 rating over 14 maps.

In his place, Chicken Coop alumnus mds will take the reigns as the team's IGL, with the team purportedly betting on his experience to keep up the team's momentum.
