HLC Belgrade will be Last Chance Saloon for FaZe Clan

Breaking: FaZe sign up for HLC Belgrade Pro in last-ditch effort to make the Major

FaZe are putting it all on the line.

After bombing out of DraculaN Season 6 to Fnatic earlier today, FaZe have signed up for HLC Belgrade Pro as part of a last-ditch effort to qualify to the IEM Cologne Major after a rocky season. The Serbian LAN is one of the last events before the Major invite cutoff on April 6th and the only one in Europe that still allowed teams to register. $30,000 LAN was in the news recently for moving from Cyprus due to geopolitical tensions in the region.

The decision by FaZe comes after they were predicted to miss the Major by VRS Expert MischiefCS. Missing the Major is a shocking reversal of fortunes for the squad after making the Major finals in Budapest and comes after a dismal season for the once mighty team.

FaZe's decision to attend HLC Belgrade will almost certainly mean they pull out of PGL Bucharest 2026, seeing PGL's event suffer another last-minute change as teams scramble to try and make the Major. PGL have not confirmed their withdrawal, however with the two events conflicting it is all but certain they will be missing the $625,000 LAN.

HLC Belgrade Pro is set to start on April 3rd.
