M80 withdraw from Urban Riga Open #3
M80 have confirmed to Dust2.us their decision to withdraw from the upcoming Urban Riga Open #3 LAN event, which is set to run from March 23rd to March 24th. M80 registered for the event relatively recently, being announced as an attending team by the tournament organizer on March 3rd.
Donald "SyykoNT" Muir told Dust2.us that the team withdrew in order to compete in the upcoming Journey Spring 2026 LAN in Stockholm, Sweden, with the event starting on the same date as Urban Riga Open #3. M80 signing up for both LANs highlights an increasingly common trend in the open circuit where teams incentivized to sign up for as many events as possible while only attending the most valuable events in terms of VRS and prizepool.
Fans will have to tune into Wildcard's run in Riga if they want to catch NA action, as they are sole NA slated to play in the event with M80 pulling out. The team will be debuting with new IGL, Nemanja "nEMANHA" Đukić, so it should be an interesting LAN nonetheless.
Some notable teams registered for Urban Riga #3 are:
•

•

•
