100 Thieves taken down by ENCE, fall to lower bracket at DraculaN Season 5
ENCE were victorious over 100 Thieves in the opening round of the upper bracket playoffs at DraculaN Season 5.
100T couldn't get much going, as they failed to hit double digits in either map in the 2-0 sweep.
100 Thieves' map pick was Ancient, but it was ENCE who were on the front foot early. ENCE took control on the CT side, leading the map 9-3 at halftime after streaks of three and five rounds early in the game. They then took a 12-3 advantage immediately in the second half. 100T strung together three rounds, but it was too late as ENCE took the Thieves' map pick 13-6.
ENCE chose Anubis, and it was 100 Thieves that jumped out to an early 6-1 lead. ENCE closed the half strong to tie up matters at 6-6 before winning four more rounds to bring their streak to nine early in the second period. This left ENCE with a 10-6 lead, which they would convert into a 13-8 win to send 100 Thieves down to the lower bracket.
