NuTorious part ways with two

On December 18th, NuTorious announced the departure of Luke "looke" McCloud and Jonathan "yawn" Chan from their lineup, with the latter player leaving NuT exactly two weeks after joining the squad. yawn joined NuTorious as a replacement for Ethan "Jester" Davis Comer, who himself parted ways with the organization on November 23rd.

Admittedly, not much happened during yawn's brief stint with NuTorious, with their sole result during his two weeks with the team seeing the squad exit the second ESEA Elite Season 55 cup in second place following a loss to Take Flyte in the quarterfinals. looke, meanwhile, had a slightly longer stay, having returned to the starting lineup in late October as part of the team's prior shuffle.

NuTorious end the year ranked 73rd on the Americas VRS, with that position precluding them from receiving invites to any events. The team will need to rebuild and focus on finding results in various open events next year to climb the rankings.

NuTorious will look to add two more players heading into the 2026 season.
