F1KU performed well under less than ideal circumstances

F1KU enters free agency

An odd period in the Polish rifler's career has come to a close.

Polish rifler Maciej "F1KU" Miklas has entered free agency today, departing Wildcard's ranks amidst their complete rebuild initiated on November 21st. F1KU had initially joined Wildcard on a short-term contract to try and help the team make a longshot run to the StarLadder Budapest Major. However, mixed results and a series of questionable benchings and signings saw the team miss out on the second Major of 2025.

During his two-month stint with Wildcard, F1KU filled the hole in the team left by the departure of Aran "Sonic" Groesbeek to NRG. While the squad fell short of their goal of the Major and ultimately "imploded", the team did enjoy decent some success online and on LAN against NA squads. However, the lineup never truly hit their stride and key losses at Fragadelphia Fragville and Frag Blocktober 2025 sealed Wildcard's fate.

During his time with Wildcard, F1KU maintained a strong 1.21 rating over 57 maps. He will almost certainly be heading back to the European scene, with the aim being to find a new home post-Major.
