NA is guaranteed a 3-0 team in StarLadder Budapest Stage 1: Round 3 matchups set
M80 and NRG are sitting pretty after an exciting 2-0 start at StarLadder Budapest Stage 1 by both North American teams. But only can guarantee a 3-0 finish as they've drawn each other in round three.
From a glass-half-full perspective, this means that at least one NA team is guaranteed a 3-0 start to the Major, while whoever loses will still have two more opportunities in best-of-three matches to advance.
NRG is certainly considered the bigger surprise at 2-0 than M80. With coach Damian "daps" Steele playing instead of Nick "nitr0" Cannella, NRG was a popular choice for 0-3 pick'ems, and very few anticipated they would beat Ninjas in Pyjamas and FaZe.
NRG will have to stay late for the second straight day tomorrow as they play M80 in the final block. Here's the full schedule for tomorrow, which also includes a Brazilian derby
