Passion UA claim spot at DraculaN #2 as team hunts for Budapest Major spot

Romanian tournament organizer Digital Crusade have announced the team list for their second €9,600 DracuLaN event, seeing Passion UA sign up for the 24 team LAN as they desperately seek Valve Regional Standings (VRS) points ahead of the cutoff date for the StarLadder Budapest Major.

Based on today's HLTV VRS standings, Passion UA would miss the Major by a mere 30 points, with the team's poor showing at DracuLaN #1 complicating matters. With Passion UA now set to attend the Romanian LAN alongside StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2025 and the Latvian Urban Riga Open #1 they will aim to comfortably finish within the cutoff for a spot at the Major.

With three LANs ahead of them, including two with a lower caliber of team, Passion UA should be easily able to lock in a spot although the team would likely prefer to start in Stage Two or Stage Three and will thus need to find some results during their European tour.
