Liquid pull through against FURIA in close series to make BLAST Bounty Fall 2025

Liquid have taken down FURIA in a close 2-1 series to secure a spot in the BLAST Bounty Fall 2025, notching an extremely important win for the team after a poor start to the season. The win against FURIA saw Liquid in much better spirits on Train and Dust2 after a shaky start to the series on Mirage, with Keith "NAF" Markovic and Russel "Twistzz" Van Dulken having great days on the server.

The series got off to a rocky start on Liquid's map pick of Mirage, with the team likely regretting the choice as FURIA were utterly dominant, with Mareks "YEKINDAR" Gaļinskis putting on a clinic as the Brazilian organization claimed an 8-4 lead on their CT-side before quickly closing out the map 13-4. Fortunately for Liquid they had much more to show on Train as Twistzz led the way to a close 7-5 win on the CT-side before carrying the map home 13-6.

With the series tied up, Dust2 ended up being the scrappiest map of the bunch with FURIA starting their T-side up 4-0 before Liquid answered back to tie things up 6-6 at the half. With Liquid heading onto their T-side, we saw a rare case of all five players delivering at the same time as Liquid managed a near-perfect T-side to take Dust2 13-7 and the series 2-1.
