Complexity are the worst team in close games in 2025

Complexity were just bounced from BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 2 by HEROIC. The North Americans were reverse-swept, as their 1-0 advantage was turned into a 2-1 defeat.

COL won the first map 13-11, but were bested 13-6 and 13-11 in the following two games. Despite winning the first map by just two rounds, Complexity are still the worst team of all that have played at least 25 maps in A or S tier events in games that are 13-10 or closer.

COL are a dismal 7-19 in such games, winning just 27% of maps that are within three rounds or go to overtime. It doesn't help that nearly half of Complexity's games are in this category.

Despite this, the North Americans peaked at #9 in the Global Valve Regional Standings and are 45-39 in matches thus far in 2025.

Maybe there's hope in NA if they can win more tight games...
