Akimbo and Holly Molly qualify for Clutch or Kick San Antonio 2025

The online qualifier for Clutch or Kick San Antonio took place this weekend, with 20 teams fighting for two team passes to the PlayNACS event in Texas.

Holly Molly was perfect through the upper bracket, defeating Yorkin It, Desolate, Fathom, and Imperium on their way to a spot in the grand final.

Akimbo had a tougher road, beating gold diggers and team_borb_ before falling to Imperium in the upper bracket semifinal. In the lower bracket, Akimbo battled through Desolate, team_borb_, and then got their revenge on Imperium in the lower final.

In the grand final, Akimbo completed their improbable run with a clean 2-0 win over Holly Molly on Nuke (13-2) and Inferno (13-7). Daniel "roca" Gustaferri led all players with 35 frags over the first series.
