BOSS, Shanghai Sharks claim first two open qualifier spots at Ace NA Masters Fall

BOSS and Shanghai Sharks have successfully claimed the first two of four open qualifier spots for Ace North American Masters Fall, meaning they've passed the first obstacle on a very long road to BLAST Open Fall.

After winning their opening best-of-one against True Synergy Gaming, BOSS defeated NuTorious in three maps (13-2 on Mirage, 9-13 on Ancient, 13-6 on Train) to secure their spot in the main event. This was the first event for Ben "ben1337" Smith and Brendan "Bwills" Williams under the BOSS banner. Gavin "Fruitcupx" Norman was BOSS's top performer during the qualifier.

Meanwhile, Shanghai Sharks secured their main event spot with a 13-9 win against Tsunami Esports on Dust2, followed by a 13-6 win on Overpass and a 13-10 win on Mirage against LADS. Jace "TheJelly" Mizell was the leading man for Shanghai Sharks in their win versus LADS.

There are still two spots up for grabs in the main event. Supernova Comets will play Full House Gaming at 05:00PM on July 28th, followed by Marsborne versus Marca Registrada at 07:00PM.
