s1mple says MIBR are "screwed" ahead of 2-2 faceoff

After failing to best 3DMAX yesterday and Legacy the day before, FaZe Clan are set to face off against MIBR in a do-or-die Best of Three series they aim to make Stage Three of the BLAST.tv Austin Major. Ahead of this pivotal matchup, Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev made a promise to his fans on Russian social media platform Telegram that MIBR are "screwed" tomorrow when they face FaZe.

The "proclamation" from s1mple comes amidst a fairly underwhelming Major for FaZe Clan thus far, with the team yet to win a Bo3 despite the relatively low level of opposition they have faced in Austin in Stage Two.

s1mple himself has also had a rough Major, with the player going quiet in FaZe's match against TYLOO while struggling immensely versus Legacy and 3DMAX.

With MIBR besting Falcons yesterday to knock another titan out of the Major s1mple will hopefully not to be forced to eat humble pie when FaZe face MIBR today at 04:00PM.
