MIGHT cut Louie ahead of Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series #2
MIGHT and Nolan "Louie" Herges have parted ways on June 2nd, both parties announced on X on June 2nd. Later on, Louie said in a short comment to Dust2.us that he was actually cut from the roster.
This is MIGHT's second roster change in less than a month, as they replaced Logan "Voltage" Long with Jérémy "BiNoX" Chiasson in May.
Louie was a part of MIGHT since July 2024, when he returned to MIGHT permanently after standing in for them multiple times.
During this nearly one year with MIGHT, Louie most notably helped the squad to garner enough Valve Regional Standings (VRS) points to qualify for the NA Major Regional Qualifier (MRQ). MIGHT, however, finished last place in the MRQ alongside Nouns following losses to BLUEJAYS and Getting Info.
MIGHT thanked Louie for his services on June 2nd, highlighting his "positive mindset and charisma" via a post on X.
And Louie is actively looking for a new team in ESEA Advanced playoffs or in the ESL Challenger League. He said he can fulfill the "aggressive rifler/rotator" spot in his next team.
MIGHT are now:
-
Jonathan "djay" Dallal
-
Ryan "Snakes" Amann
-
Jared "Jared" Habib
-
Jérémy "BiNoX" Chiasson
-
Calvin "becker" Becker (Coach)
MIGHT are currently down a player after parting ways with Louie, and they'll use Cristian "no1nx" Labrada in the ongoing Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series #2. MIGHT debut tonight versus Tsunami at 08:00PM.
