CS2 May 5/8 update quickly patches new smoke bug, removes Grail out of bounds exploit
Valve have pushed a hotfix patch today to address a number of issues with yesterday's "Mission Possible" update. The most notable of these changes sees the rendering issue that let players sees fire and outlines of players through smokes on low anti-aliasing settings fixed. Additionally, two updates for community map de_grail have been ported to the stable version of the map, seeing a popular out of bounds exploit removed while also improving clipping and collision on a number of objects and props.
The update also came with a slew of regular bug fixes and stability improvements which improve the experience for those wanting to test the new missions added to Counter-Strike 2 last night.
