Vitality earned $1.8 million in club incentives in 2025

Vitality have topped the team list in club incentives earned from tournament organizers in 2025. CS organizations earned extra incentives from club shares of prize pools in ESL, BLAST, FISSURE, and the Counter-Strike Asia Championships. ESL also offered an anual incentive while BLAST had their participation fees and frequent flyer bonuses.

Vitality earned the most money with more than $1.8 million, FURIA was in second place with $1.4 million, and Spirit and Falcons were in third and fourth with $1.3 million.

Vitality were absolutely dominant in the first half of 2025, so it's little surprise to see them at the top of the club incentives list. However, team performance isn't everything in terms of these prizes. Falcons are a good example of this. Despite not winning much, they were near the top of the list due to placing well at the correct events and drawing in viewership to their games.

Graham "messioso" Pitt pointed out that when Spirit won in Cologne, they took home $60k in club share. In Melbourne, Falcons took second, but they won $100,000 in club share. messioso also had this to say in regard to Falcons:

Falcons also did well in the ESL Annual incentive which tracks viewership which with the roster Falcons assembled, drew a lot irrespective of success.
