Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series #5 Day 9 recap: SkinRave lock in playoffs
Last night saw Round Four of the Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series #5 powered by INUI come to a close, with SkinRave locking in playoffs while Wanted Goons faced elimination at the hands of Outfit 49. With Round Four coming to a close, the Swiss Stage only has three Bo3 left before we reach playoffs later this week!
The night's opening match between SkinRave and InControl ended up being a decidedly one-sided affair, with SkinRave making quick work of InControl 2-0. Map one, Overpass, went the way of SkinRave in a quick 13-7 victory on their map pick. Moving onto Nuke, it was an even more dominant showing for SkinRave as they smashed InControl to take the map 13-1.

The second series of the night between Wanted Goons and Outfit 49 was a far closer series, with Outfit 49 striking the first blow via a 13-11 win on Mirage to lock down their opponent's map pick. Wanted Goons returned the favor on Ancient with a slightly more one-sided 13-8 win to force the game into a third map.
On Overpass, the series continued to deliver as a 6-6 half culminated in another close conclusion as Outfit 49 would eventually pull away on their CT-side to win the map 13-11 and win the series 2-1.
