Chicken Coop part ways with taggy
Chicken Coop have announced the departure of Taggert "taggy" Baker from the team's ranks today, seeing the rifler exit the former ESL Challenger League lineup after four months with the team. taggy's departure follows Chicken Coop's return from Fragadelphia x LVL UP EXPO Vegas this weekend, which saw the team make playoffs before being felled in the round of sixteen after a 2-1 loss to BLUEJAYS.
While Chicken Coop put on a competitive showing at FRAG, that one result is not reflective of Chicken Coop's start to the year, which has seen the team struggle immensely to find wins against their NA peers. In ESL Challenger League Season 49 the team ended the season with a fairly dismal 8-20 record while also failing to pick up a single win in the Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series 1.
As the team look to reorient for the second half of the year, taggy exits the team with an underwhelming 0.90 rating over 61 maps, with Chicken Coop likely aiming for a more productive rifler to strengthen their lineup.
Chicken Coop are now:
-
Joshua "LittleBEER" Stuckley
-
Justin "FRIZZY" Gillis
-
Kaan "BAGEL" Demircan
-
Jérémy "BiNoX" Chiasson
-
Rustam "5TRYK#R" Alimkulov (Coach)
Chicken Coop currently have a clear calendar but are likely to compete in NA Revival Series May 2025 qualifier this week.
