Marsborne edge out Daaku to make Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series 1 semifinals

The semifinals are now set.

Marsborne and Daaku faced off to determine who would play against Fisher College in the second semifinal of the Eagle Masters playoffs.

Daaku chose Ancient to begin the series, and started out the map with a 7-5 lead at halftime. Marsborne bounced back in the second half, stealing the first map 13-10.

Marsborne's map pick was Inferno, but Daaku immediately took the advantage with an 8-4 lead at the interval. Daaku converted their advantage to take the second map 13-7 and force a third map.

Marsborne and Daaku were evenly matched through the first half of Train, leaving the score deadlocked at 6-6. Marsborne took control in the second half and took the map and series 13-9. Marshall "Minus" Sedowicz led the way for Marsborne, going 60-48 over the series.
