Fisher College advance to Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series 1 semifinals over SUPER EVIL GANG
SUPER EVIL GANG fell just short of the qualification to the penultimate round of the Dust2.us Eagle Masters playoffs, losing a tight two-map series to Fisher College.
SUPER EVIL GANG elected to start the series on Mirage, where Fisher College took advantage of their CT side start, holding a slim 7-5 lead at halftime. SUPER EVIL GANG then leveled the score at 7-7 before Fisher ran away with the game and stole the first map 13-8.
Fisher College chose Ancient to try to close out the series, but were held to a 6-6 half on their pick. SUPER EVIL GANG then jumped out to an 11-6 lead on their T side, but surrendered the next seven rounds to lose 13-11. Alexander "AlekS" Andersson posted a match-high 40 frags to lead his side to the win, with 24 of those kills coming in the decisive map.
