Getting Info sweep BLUEJAYS 2-0, advance to semifinals in Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series 1
Getting Info and BLUEJAYS got the Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series 1 playoffs off to an exciting start with a tight two-map series.
Getting Info won 2-0, but neither map was easy for them. BLUEJAYS will feel unfortunate to not have forced a third map at least.
Getting Info chose Train to begin the series and showed why they picked the map, starting with an excellent 9-3 T side. Getting Info then jumped out to a 12-4 lead in the second half before BLUEJAYS fought back to secure nine rounds, but eventually fell 13-9.
BLUEJAYS' pick was Ancient and was a back-and-forth affair the entire way. Getting Info started as CTs and began with a slim 7-5 lead in the first half. BLUEJAYS mirrored Getting Info's first half to bring the map to overtime. Getting Info would squeak by 16-14 to secure their spot as the first semifinal qualifier. Carson "nosraC" O'Reilly led the way in the fragging department for Getting Info, dropping a match-high 44 kills over both maps.
