Zomblers defeat SUPER EVIL GANG to claim OSSCS S7 title

The seventh edition of Off Season Shenangians has concluded, with Zomblers taking home the crown in a four-map affair against SUPER EVIL GANG.

The series started with Zomblers' Anubis pick, where they got off to an 8-4 start and didn't look back. The second half was closer, but Zomblers kept SUPER EVIL GANG at an arm's length, winning 13-8.

Map two went to Dust2, where SUPER EVIL GANG held a narrow 7-5 lead at the interval. They went on to hold onto that lead, winning by a score of 13-10 on their map.

Zomblers picked Ancient next, and took a 7-5 on their T side. SUPER EVIL GANG weren't able to claw their way back in, surrendering the third map 13-8, giving Zomblers an opportunity to win the tournament on the following map.

Mirage was SUPER EVIL GANG's next choice, but Zomblers took advantage on the CT side to take another 7-5 lead at halftime. Once again, they converted that lead into a map victory, taking Mirage by a score of 13-8, as well as the series and the tournament.

Zomblers were propelled by Andrii "Sanzh1k33" Drobotia's match-high 78 frags across the four maps, including a stellar 23-kill performance on map three.
