Pugg and co. have been rewarded after a strong season in Advanced

Detonate return with ESEA Advanced squad signing

After a month out of action, Detonate has come back into the scene.

Detonate has announced the signing of the ESEA Advanced side Classless just prior to the squad's final match of the Advanced regular season. This signing is Detonate's first foray back into Counter-Strike since the acquisition of their previous lineup by Wildcard at the end of April.

Classless came to fruition following the fracturing of Davenport University's Counter-Strike program in late March, which saw the exits of Austin "Austin" Meadows and Spencer "Pugg" Moore, among others. After parting ways with the collegiate program, Pugg and Austin opted to stick together to compete in Advanced, fleshing out the squad with Nolan "Louie" Herges, Mason "mason" Watkins, and Santiago "LegenD" Diaz. Not long after the team's inception, LegenD was moved to a substitute position, seeing Nikolaos "PoseidoNN" Antoniou take his place on the main roster.

Classless have had a fruitful run in Advanced so far in Season 45, securing themselves a place in the post-season with a strong 11-3 record following their win last night, with losses to notable sides such as Gabe "Spongey" Greiner's WITHOUTWARNING and Peruvian side Cartel terraza.

Detonate will return to action with:

  • United States Spencer "Pugg" Moore

  • United States Austin "Austin" Meadows

  • United States Nolan "Louie" Herges

  • United States Mason "mason" Watkins

  • United States Nikolaos "PoseidoNN" Antoniou

The team now await the beginning of their playoff campaign as they have concluded their regular season fixtures.
