SLIGHT's bosses stomp Fragadelphia 17 Brentwood
Last Sunday, the third event of the Fragadelphia 17 circuit concluded, seeing Keller "SLIGHT" Nilan's star-studded bosses lineup smash their competition to take home $1,250 and 4,000 Fragadelphia points.
bosses started their stampede through the event with a largely one-sided group stage that saw the team crush Vicious Kitties, xpLicit, and A'mi's Italian Restaurant without allowing any of their opponents to claim double digits in the best of one matches. bosses' dominant performance continued into playoffs as they started things off with a quick 2-0 win over Chinese squad CNCS LastHope, besting them 16-2 on Nuke before winning a slightly more competitive Mirage 16-11.
The grand final series saw bosses square off against ESEA Advanced side Cyberstorm. The series began on Inferno, with Cyberstorm playing a competitive opening half before being overwhelmed and dropping their map pick 16-11. Moving onto bosses' map pick of Overpass, the first half narrowly went the way of bosses, 8-7, which was followed up by a dominant CT-side by SLIGHT and co., setting the stage for the team to win the map 16-10.
