
Official: 100 Thieves unveil Gizmy as new IGL
100 Thieves have unveiled Jack "Gizmy" von Spreckelsen as the team's new IGL, seeing the Brit take over the role from Håvard "rain" Nygaard while also filling André "Ag1l" Gil's spot in the starting lineup. The signing comes just after Gizmy's former Monte teammates were acquired by Luminosity while also confirming a report by report by HLTV's Luís "MIRAA" Mira that 100 Thieves were targeting the British IGL.
Gizmy joins 100 Thieves after leading Monte to a Stage Three berth at the IEM Cologne 2026 Major, with the team peaking at 15th on the Valve Regional Standings (VRS) after a strong season from the plucky squad.
With their new IGL in tow, 100 Thieves will now get back to work in their mission to break into the tier-one scene while also aiming for a spot at the PGL Major Singapore 2026.
