JBa played a staggering 49 FACEIT matches ahead of 2-0 start to IEM Cologne

According to a post by FACEIT CS2, Joshua "JBa" Barutt played 49 PUGs in the week leading up to IEM Cologne, 69% more matches than the next most active player, M80 teammate Fritz "slaxz-" Dietrich.

FACEIT Season 7’s NA champion JBa has clearly not let off the gas pedal, and his preparation has arguably paid off. So far this Major, the 21-year-old boasts a 1.32 rating over two maps, both of which M80 won.

German teammate and fellow FACEIT devotee slaxz- has a 1.17 rating at his home country’s Major. Liquid’s Jonathan "EliGE" Jablonowski also notably played 26 FACEIT matches ahead of the event, and so far has achieved a 1.05 rating over three maps.

JBa, slaxz-, and the rest of M80 are just one series away from advancing 3-0 in the Major.
